Charging Station Purchase/Shipping FAQ

1) How do I order my charging station?


 On any ChargeHub product page, select the station model that you wish to purchase and order to be taken to the checkout. Once your station has been purchased, you can claim your government rebate if applicable.




2) How long is shipping with ChargeHub?


 We ship out orders daily from Montreal, QC. If you were to order a charger today, you would receive it within 1-5 business days depending where you are located in Canada.




3) Do you ship to the United States?
 

 We do not personally ship to the United States, though you can order from our US store: https://us-store.chargehub.com/




4) If I placed an order, could I pick it up at your business office to avoid shipping delays?

 

 Yes, if you place an order and would prefer to pick it up at our office, we will accommodate for that. If you would prefer to pick up your order, please contact us by email at support@chargehub.com or by phone at 1-888-400-0164 to inform us. You will pay the shipping cost on the order but once you’ve picked it up at our office we will reimburse you the shipping fees.



5) What is ChargeHub's return policy?


  Mogile is committed to your full customer satisfaction. If your Product(s) is(are) defective or damaged upon receipt or if you have received the wrong Product(s), we will refund your payment or exchange the Product(s) at no extra costs to you. If your purchase of a Product or Products does not meet your expectations in any way, we will be pleased to discuss the situation with you and potentially exchange it for another Product or for Store credit. Exchange terms and store credit amounts will be determined at our discretion based on the condition of your Product (unopened box, open box, used, etc.). The only condition is that the request must be made within 30 days of your purchase. 

  To begin the return or exchange process, please email support@chargehub.com, and we will provide instructions to you. Please note that we may ask you for pictures of the Product(s) you wish to return, and other additional information.

  Mogile reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange which does not conform to this section of the TOU.

6) What is ChargeHub's refund policy?


  All refunds will be issued within 7 working days following our receipt of the returned Product. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or other payment method used to make the purchase and will include the shipping / delivery fees you paid to receive the Product(s), if applicable. If the Product(s) is(are) being returned for a reason other than for being damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for shipping the Product(s) back to Mogile at your expense. 

  You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. Please note your financial institution may require additional processing time to credit your account.

7) What are the accepted payment methods?


  The accepted payment methods for the purchase of a charging station are the following:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit-Credit Card
  • PayPal
