1) Which stations can I activate?
The stations which can be activated using ChargeHub are as follows:

If you find yourself at any station operated by one of the previously listed networks, you will be able to start a charging session via ChargeHub with the funds you add to your wallet.
2) How to start a session?
Here are the steps to follow in order to activate a charging session using ChargeHub:
- Make your way to a compatible station.
- Open the details page of the station you intend to use.
- Open the plugs page which will display all of the plugs of the chosen station.
- Select the plug you'd like to use.
- The application will display a card with the payment rates of the station and will prompt you to start charging.
- Once you've clicked start charging, ChargeHub will fall into a ready to plug state.
- Plug the charger into your vehicle.
- Once you're done charging, remove the charger from your vehicle.
- ChargeHub will display the metrics of your recent charging session and will send a receipt to the email address associated with your account.
3) How do I add funds to my account?
For the meantime, all funds must be added through the ChargeHub mobile application. Here are the steps to take to add funds to your ChargeHub account. *Note that you must have an account created in order to add funds. If you do not already possess a ChargeHub account, please look at the first section of our FAQ*
- Open the ChargeHub application on your mobile device and navigate to the account tab along the bottom of your screen.
- Once on the account tab, you will hit "manage" on your wallet:
- Hit the add funds button and choose your desired amount and hit continue.
- If this is your first time adding funds, the application will ask you to select a currency. *Note that once a currency is selected it cannot be changed by the user and will require you to contact our support. Currency conversions are done automatically through the application*
- The application will then prompt you to select a payment method (Credit Card). Here are the accepted payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Visa-Debit
- Mastercard-Debit
- Canadian-Issued AMEX
Note that American issued AMEX cards will not work to add funds to the ChargeHub application.
Once funds have been added to your account, you can proceed with charging via the ChargeHub application.
4) What are Activation fees?
The activation fee is what we charge to users to activate a charging session. This fee allows you to activate sessions from more than 22 different charging networks. We regularly add new networks to our list of compatible networks.
The activation fee is $0.75 for level 2 stations, and $1.25 for level 3 stations (DCFC).
5) [Troubleshooting] I can't start a session

- Check that you have enough funds.
- Go through the steps to activate the station.
