How do I start a session with the ChargeHub app?

How to Start a Charging Session with ChargeHub

1. Head to a compatible charging station.
Compatible stations are marked with an orange lightning bolt and labeled "Can be activated via ChargeHub."

You can also enable the “Can be activated via ChargeHub” filter to show only compatible stations on the map.

2. Open the station's Details page.
Once you arrive at a compatible station, tap on the charger icon in the app and then tap "Details."
Tap "Start Charging" to begin the session (this button only appears if the station is compatible).


3. Select your plug.
From the list of available plugs, tap "Select" on the one you plan to use.


4. Review the charging rates.
A summary card will appear with the session pricing for the selected plug.


5. Start charging.
Tap the "Start" button and wait for the app to switch to "Ready to plug" mode.
Plug the connector into your vehicle. After a short delay, the app will display your charging status, including time and energy delivered.


6. End the charging session:

  • Level 2 station: Unplug the charger from your vehicle.

  • Level 3 station: Press the “Stop Charging” button on the station itself before unplugging the charger.
