Account Creation - Logging in - Adding Funds FAQ

1) Account Creation


For the meantime, creating a ChargeHub account is exclusively done within the mobile application. In order to create a ChargeHub account, please follow these steps:

  • Download the ChargeHub application from the Play Store or the App Store.
  • Navigate to the "account" tab and hit "sign up". *Note that signing up using tools such as Apple Sign-In will mask your email and make it impossible to sign in afterwards. Please create an account using an existing email address*


  • You will be prompted to enter an email address. Once you've entered your email, please hit next.
  • You will then need to create a username which will be your alias on the ChargeHub application.
  • The application will then ask you to create a password which needs to fit the following criteria:
        - Must be at least 8 characters long
        - Must contain a number
        - Must contain a letter
  • You then need to check off the box stating that you agree to the terms of use and privacy policy.
  • You have now successfully created a ChargeHub account and can sign in at tesla.chargehub.com

2) Signing in


In order to sign in to tesla.chargehub.com you will first need to create an account which is explained in the first section of this FAQ.

  • After creating a ChargeHub account, you can proceed to signing into tesla.chargehub.com.
  • After landing on the home page, you will click the icon at the top left which will prompt you to sign in:


3) Adding Funds


For the meantime, all funds must be added through the ChargeHub mobile application. Here are the steps to take to add funds to your ChargeHub account. *Note that you must have an account created in order to add funds. If you do not already possess a ChargeHub account, please look at the first section of our FAQ*

  • Open the ChargeHub application on your mobile device and navigate to the account tab along the bottom of your screen.
  • Once on the account tab, you will hit "manage" on the wallet:
  • Hit the add funds button and choose your desired amount and hit continue.
  • If this is your first time adding funds, the application will ask you to select a currency. *Note that once a currency is selected it cannot be changed by the user and will require you to contact our support. Currency conversions are done automatically through the application*
  • The application will then prompt you to select a payment method (Credit Card). Here are the accepted payment methods:
    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • Visa-Debit
    • Mastercard-Debit
    • Canadian-Issued AMEX
  • Note that American issued AMEX cards will not work to add funds to the ChargeHub application.

  • Once funds have been added to your account, you can proceed with charging via the ChargeHub application.
