Refund policy

If for any reason you are in need of a refund for funds added to your ChargeHub account, here are the steps to follow.


1. Email us or contact us via the ChargeHub application with this information

  • The email address associated to your ChargeHub account.
  • The amount to be refunded
  • The currency of the funds (CAD or USD)
  • The reason for the refund

2. Once this information has been given to us, we will process the refund which should reflect itself on your bank statement within 48 hours.
